Because many of you have continued to reach out and ask for ongoing meditation instruction and spiritual support, we have started a new meditation subscription program. 

We are starting the meditation subscription program with the month-long series Gentle Gentle. In this series we will take this time at home and social distancing as an opportunity to find the gentle healing strength of clear internal stillness.

Gentle Gentle

We may be in the midst of a global crisis but that is no reason to lose sight of one’s humanity.  You can stay grounded and focused on your strengths with meditation. And if you are easy-going with an optimistic nature, then go ahead and discover new experiences and atmospheres. Contintue to live in the moment and enjoy taking advantage of opportunities as they arise.

In the upcoming series Gentle Gentle we will use meditation to explore living with a little more introversion and inner quiet so you can focus on: 

  • Igniting your empathy, compassion, and gentleness when dealing with people.
  • Evaluating your values to lay the foundation for all your beliefs and actions. 
  • Reflecting on your compassion for humanity.
  • Developing your sensing ability and your eye for beauty to see wonder and details in the outer world. 
  • Being visually expressive or creating beauty in some tangible way.

Empathy, Gentleness and Compassion

This isn’t the best time for engaging strict rules, major self regulation, or abstractly theorizing.

We will be focused on the breath, staying active, connecting with your values, purpose, and possibilities. Contemplating such questions as who do you need to be right now, and being a community of gentle strength and compassion.

Reduce Stress

These skills will help you reduce stress, which, in turn, will strengthen your immune system, which is the best defence against a virus that are currently has no cure.  (But don’t forget to wash you hands, wear your your face masks and keep 6′ distance!)

Meditation Subscription: The Gentle Gentle Series
Starting Tuesday April 7, 2020
Tuesdays  7:00-8:00 PM EST

  • Every Tuesday, we will meet daily by phone at 7:00 pm EDT.  
  • Live guided meditations followed short helpful talks on managing your mind will help you stay focused and grounded.
  • You will be invited to email questions and concerns that will be addressed in the talks.
  • You will be encouraged to keep an optional journal to help focus your mind.
  • Calls will be recorded for review, so you never have to miss a session. 

Upon signing up you will be sent everything you need for the Mediation Subscription program, including contact information and lecture topics.
